Weekly coaching delivered via voice note, text, or video, including:

You’ll be progressively exposed to:

Comp-style training sessions

Attempt selection fundamentals

Introductory peaking strategies

Weekly, practical guidance covering:

Confidence and mindset under the bar

Human performance advice on what actually improves performance.

1:1 Video Support

Start-up call to align goals, assess movement, and map your competition pathway

Post-competition debrief to review performance and set your next clear target
