What You Get

Every block is aligned to your next competition

Competition-Focused Programme Structure

Athletes follow a shared, 4 session per week (60-75mins), competition-led programme structure, guided by:

Appropriate loading, volume, and intensity

The specific demands of the upcoming competition

Planned progression across training phases leading into competition

This ensures training is consistent, well-managed and directly applicable to performance on the platform.

Individualised Technical Coaching

Within this shared structure, each athlete receives individual technical prescriptions, based on ongoing review of submitted training videos.

This includes:

Individual technical improvement exercises

Specific movement priorities and cues

Adjustments to accessories and emphasis based on the athlete’s needs

This approach allows technical development to be specific to the individual, while maintaining a programme structure that supports optimal competition preparation.

Also included is ‘Regeneration Day’ Guidance for maximal adaptations and reduce physical and psychological fatigue.

Weekly Coaching Feedback

Ongoing coaching support delivered via voice note, text or video, including:

Technical review of submitted lifts

Clear direction on what to prioritise in training
