You receive personalised weekly programming, video analysis, technical feedback, and clear cues to refine your lifts. You can send videos and receive regular reviews and adjustments.
Yes. I coach complete beginners through to athletes competing at national and international level events. Programmes are tailored to your experience, goals, and training schedule.
A barbell, plates, and basic lifting space are enough to begin. For more advanced phases, platforms, blocks, jerk stands, and accessories can be incorporated if available.
